StartOne Email (startone.email) is the dedicated email sending infrastructure for Start.one, an AI-powered business builder platform operated by Spontent LLC, located at 225 Reformation Ave, Canton, GA 30115, USA.

Emails sent from @startone.email addresses are automated outreach messages sent on behalf of Start.one platform users ("Senders") to potential business contacts ("Recipients").

2. Data We Collect

Information about Recipients

• Contact information: Your name, email address, job title, company name, and LinkedIn URL if publicly available
• Source: Publicly available professional databases, LinkedIn, and similar business intelligence sources
• Email engagement: Whether you opened or replied to an email
• Opt-out status: If you unsubscribe, we record your email address to prevent future outreach

• Email address submitted via our unsubscribe form
• Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security purposes

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For recipients in the EU/EEA/UK, we process your data under:

• Active contact data: Retained while the Sender's account is active on Start.one
• Opt-out records: Retained indefinitely to permanently honor opt-out requests
• Server logs: Deleted after 90 days

7. Data Transfers

Your data is processed in the United States. We use Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting) — all with appropriate data processing agreements. EU/UK data transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
