StartOne Email (startone.email) is the email sending infrastructure for the Start.one platform, operated by Spontent LLC, 225 Reformation Ave, Canton, GA 30115, USA. Emails sent from @startone.email are automated B2B outreach messages sent on behalf of Start.one platform users.

2. Acceptable Use

The StartOne Email infrastructure is operated in compliance with:

CAN-SPAM Act — all outreach includes accurate sender information, physical mailing address, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism
GDPR — B2B outreach conducted under legitimate interests; EU/UK recipient rights honored
CASL — implied consent requirements respected for Canadian recipients

3. Unsubscribe & Opt-Out

Recipients may opt out of all outreach at any time by visiting startone.email/unsubscribe or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email footer. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days (typically within 24 hours) and are permanent.

4. No Warranty

This website and associated email services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spontent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
